Vogtsbauernhof

The Black Forest open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof in Gutach is the oldest open-air museum in Baden-Württemberg. It depicts the life and work of people in the Black Forest over the past centuries. The Black Forest open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof’s range of events includes mill demonstrations, handicraft demonstrations, special tours, hands-on programs for children and families as well as themed and action days.

The museum is located in Gutach (Black Forest Railway) (Ortenaukreis) in the central Black Forest. The museum is located directly on the B 33 between Offenburg (connection to the A 5) and Villingen-Schwenningen (connection to the A 81) and on the Black Forest Railway. The Südwestdeutsche Verkehrs-AG (SWEG) stops directly at the museum at the Gutach-Freilichtmuseum stop.
